SENIORS: Northampton residents age 60 and older have priority. Under 60 and out-of town seniors are also welcome, space permitting.
RESERVATIONS: We cannot make a reservation until payment is received. Those with physical disabilities will be given special consideration for seating.
REFUNDS: Anyone who withdraws from a trip or event -- for any reason -- after payment has been made, will be assessed a service fee of $4. The remainder will be refunded if somebody takes your place. One hundred percent will be refunded if the NCOA cancels the trip or event. In cases of bad weather, trips and events will be rescheduled if possible; however, refunds cannot be made.
PHYSICAL ASSISTANCE: If you require individual assistance because of a medical condition, please inform a Travel Club group leader when you make your reservation/payment.
TRAVELERS: Please be respectful to other passengers, the driver and the trip leader(s).
CLEAN UP: Please leave the van/bus as clean as you found it.
