- Weather Information
- If you are in doubt if the Northampton Senior Center is open or closed, or wondering if a program, activity or service is canceled due to the weather, tune in to WHMP - AM 1400 on your radio or TV channels 3, 22 or 40. Many times the Northampton Schools are closed but that doesn’t mean that city departments, including the Senior Center, are closed. If you drive to the Senior Center and there is a daytime storm, please park in the rear parking lot in either the far right or the far left row, so that the lot can be accessible to snow plows. And remember, if you have a public sidewalk abutting your property, and you are responsible for keeping it clear of snow, it must be shoveled within 24 hours of a snowstorm.
