ELDER VISION -

The Newspaper of the Northampton Council on Aging is now available online. You will need a free program called Adobe Reader to access Elder Vision. You can download this program at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html.

Northampton residents, 60 and older, receive Elder Vision free of charge in the mail. Non-residents and all others can subscribe for $9 a year.

The Donors Directory is a listing of individuals of all ages who wish to support the publication of Elder Vision. For a donation of $6 or more your name will be listed in the Donors Directory for one year.

Checks should be made payable to: Elder Vision, and mailed to: Council on Aging, 240 Main Street, Suite One, Northampton, MA 01060.

The Social Security website provides publications that give an overview of the Social Security program as well as information on disability, retirement and survivors benefits.

INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE

On the IRS website, you can access forms and publications to assist in preparing your taxes for the current year or in planning for next year.
