The
Handyman Program serves Northampton Seniors who need quick and simple repairs to
their homes.
People qualify for this program if they are:
- Residents of Northampton, Leeds, and Florence
- Age 60 or older
There is a charge of $18 per hour or $9 for a half hour, with a maximum of 2 hours.
Examples of typical handyman work are:
- fixing drippy faucets and running toilets
- window air conditioner installation and removal
- storm and screen installation and removal
- changing unreachable light bulbs
- adding handrails and grab bars
- gutter cleaning
- drapery hanging.
If materials are needed, the Handyman can purchase them and be repaid at the time
of repairs. Payment can be by checks or cash.

message for the Handyman. He will call back and set an appointment to meet you in your home.
